Given the Navy SEAL training program is designed to make participants fail, I found it very useful to hear first hand from a retired SEAL what he thought were the common characteristics of the people who actually made it through the entire training program. Applying those characteristics to my business will no doubt have a positive impact.

The biggest thing I took away from the seminar was that I let obstacles get in my way of achieving what I want to achieve within my business. One of the SEAL Secrets of a NAVY SEAL is being "Steadfast", which Jack describes as one honoring his or her commitments regardless of the obstacles that come up. Once I got to see that the things that have been stopping me from taking my business to the level I desire, are only obstacles and that they can be overcome, I had room for action.
